Q. When will my magazines start to arrive?
A. The standard processing time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date you placed your order. National Magazine Exchange begins processing your order right away and from there it takes each individual publisher time to print, sort and deliver your magazines. Also, they may receive your order between issue dates and must wait until the next issue is published. We thank you for your patience and remember, you will receive your full subscription beginning with the first issue that you receive.

Q. Can I change my magazines?
A. Absolutely, you are welcome to change any or all of your original magazine selections at any time. If you would like to try something new for yourself or another family member, simply click on the Change Magazine Selection link. This is particularly important due to the different years of service that you may have on your magazines. We know that your special hobbies and interests will change over time and we want to meet your changing needs. The Reader's Exchange program is included as part of your package, so there is no extra service fee for this program.

Q. Suppose I choose to pay by check? How should I do this?
A. Just mail your check, for the monthly payment amount specified, to the address on the front of your confirmation letter. Any month we do not receive your check by your payment due date, we will automatically charge the credit card you have authorized.

Q. What if I change my address?
A. Whenever you have an address change, simply click on the Change My Mailing Address link. Enter your new address and we will take care of the change with the publishers for you. Remember to put in a change of address form with your Post Office and check the appropriate boxes to insure that your magazines, periodicals, etc. are being forwarded to you while the publishers are processing your address change.

Q. What should I do if I have any questions?
A. Since we service thousands of households across the country, our Customer Service department is quite busy servicing our accounts.
